DETAILS
HEART is organizing a community-driven event on 28 May 2025 to mark Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) Day under the theme “Dignity in Every Drop.” The event aims to raise awareness, end menstrual stigma, and promote access to safe and hygienic menstrual practices among adolescent girls, women, and gender-diverse individuals in crisis-affected areas of Cox’s Bazar, including the Rohingya and host communities. Activities will include interactive education sessions, hygiene kit distribution, storytelling circles, youth advocacy talks, and an inclusive panel discussion with local leaders and health professionals. This event prioritizes engagement from marginalized groups, including persons with disabilities, Dalit and Indigenous populations, and the transgender community, creating a platform for empowerment, dignity, and change.
