We're thrilled to announce funding from the European Union and European Partnership for Democracy through the Kofi Annan Foundation, Westminster Foundation for Democracy, and the Oslo Center to implement "Strengthening Participation, Accountability and Transparency in States’ Capital Projects (SPATS)" in Nasarawa State.

SPATS is a citizen support project designed to run under PROMAD’s social accountability initiative, Follow The Projects to improve project and procurement transparency and accountability through strengthening citizens’ oversight of sub national institutions implementing public projects in Nigeria.
