I am political scientist, magister in public management and specialist in public policy and development. I have been working on health sector during 14 years in the governement and civil socienty. Currently I am the participation and deliberation specialist of the National Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Institute of Colombia and I am leading the streghtening process of stakeholder participation and involvelment in HTA.
