I have a background in communication and Eastern European studies. I’m interested in democratic resilience and electoral campaigns in particular, but I’m also looking to collaborate on public-facing projects, like exhibits and conferences, on democracy and political change.

HISTORY

I hold an MSc in Russian and Eurasian Studies from Uppsala University and have worked in EU policy research and the NGO sector. My work has included research, project coordination, communications and event planning, with a particular focus on democracy education and youth engagement. I enjoy the practical side of this work and I love creating spaces where people can engage with political questions in a tangible way.

LATEST PROJECTS

  • 4th International Student Forum on Future Democracy 2026
    Coordinating the 2026 Forum in Eisenach, Germany, bringing together an international group of students to explore democratic literacy through workshops, lectures, discussions and collaborative activities.
  • Unissued Diplomas 2025
    Co-organised Uppsala’s first "Unissued Diplomas" exhibition, remembering Ukrainian students killed in Russia’s war against Ukraine. We paired the exhibition with a documentary screening and an expert panel discussion.
  • Eastern European Film Club 2024-2025
    A student-led film club exploring Eastern European societies through cinema, with a particular interest in everyday life, political change and the experiences that sit behind larger historical narratives.
