I am Lecturer in Law and Deputy Director of the International Law and Human Rights Unit at the University of Liverpool. My research expertise is in public international law generally, with a specific interest in the law of international institutions. I have enjoyed collaborating with Democracy International over the past two years, particularly on the World Citizens' Initiative project.
