Hermann Arnold is a serial founding entrepreneur, start-up investor and democracy reformer. He has been co-founder and longstanding CEO of Haufe-umantis, a democratically led company supporting organizations to transform for the future. He introduced electronic elections at the University of St. Gallen in 1997, co-founded a political party, NEOS, in Austria - and is currently co-founding the School of Participation.
