In the city hall of Mogi das Cruzes in the state of São Paulo/ Brazil, I have been developed the social participation policy looking forward to enhances the participatory democracy on a local scale, deepening the roots of democracy in the municipal government. Through "Participa Mogi", we have developed neighborhood plan projects, participatory planning, long-term planning and municipal councils.
