Nils Jonas has been working in the field of public participation for more than ten years. He began his career at the Berlin office of German consultancy Zebralog in 2009. In 2014 he went to administration of Brandenburg state capital Potsdam, where he helped to build up the local specialist departement for civic participation. In 2019 he founded Con Vivia and began working as an independent consultant for democratic issues.
