I also anchored the drafting of proposed amendments to NYC's charter, to create a modern day citizen lawmaking process. Using today's tech it is high time we made the initiative process truly open and free to everyone, collaborative, and deliberative. Only the People will create such systems. To be effective, such a reform must be carefully defined. Our texts can be found at:
