El Rhdioui, Rachida

Rachida El Rhdioui is an Amazigh youth empowerment and policy professional, founder, and consultant working across the Mediterranean. A first-generation university graduate inspired by the 2011 uprisings, she brings 6+ years of experience in programme management, research, facilitation, digital inclusion, gender equality, and peacebuilding. Her mission is to equip youth and women to lead and shape the policies, institutions, and decisions affecting their lives.
