I am a full professor at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law, and teach constitutional law. I published several monographs including “Federalism and Republicanism: The Creation of the American Constitution " and “Presidential Elections and American Democracy", and co-edited the monograph “Citizen Initiated Referendum in Croatia and Slovenia”. Recently I wrote a chapter on Croatia in D. Moeckli, A. Forgacs and H.Ibi eds., The Legal Limits of Direct Democracy (Edward Elgar, 2021).
