I am a psychopedagogue with a focus on Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems Theory. With my mother Olga Geritsidou, we are developing a thorough, holistic proposal of how a western-style state could transition from schemas of representative democracy to one of direct democracy in all levels of governance and administration, with an emphasis on schooling and community participation, under the title Direct Democratic Anthropocentrism.
