Join the Youth Democracy Network
Great that you want to join us!
The Youth Democracy Network brings together young people from across Europe who want to learn more about democracy, connect with others and get active themselves.
You do not need any previous experience, and your English does not have to be perfect. What matters most is that you are curious, open to meeting others and willing to take part in the network.
What happens after you register?
Joining the network is easy and there is no interview required for membership.
Once you have registered, we will send you more information about the network and upcoming activities. New members will also be invited to regular welcome sessions, where you can meet other participants, learn how the network works and discover different ways to get involved.
If you later want to organise your own activity, join the coordination team or take on another active role in the network, we may invite you to a short informal get-to-know-each-other conversation.
A few things before you sign up
The Youth Democracy Network is open to young people up to the age of 30. All levels of English are welcome.
The network is built around active participation. We ask members to join at least four learning opportunities or network activities per year. These can include workshops, trainings, peer-learning sessions or activities you help organise yourself.
You can decide for yourself how active you want to become beyond that. You might simply join activities, contribute your ideas, write an article, organise your own workshop or help shape the network together with others.
