PLANETARY PUEBLO SUBDOC Stress Test The Solar Shield Scenario (Carrington-Class Flare)

The Scenario: A massive X-class solar flare is detected. The global satellite network and national power grids are expected to fail within 15 minutes.

  • T-Minus 15 Minutes (Detection): The Sentinel Nodes detect the flare. The AI-platform triggers the Black Swan Protocol across every citizen’s Pueblo Passport.
  • T-0 (Impact): The global internet goes dark. National governments lose communication.
  • T-Plus 1 Hour (The Great Decoupling): The Pueblo’s grid automatically disconnects from the external world. The Living Palisade solar trees retract into "Safety Mode."
  • T-Plus 3 Hours (Analog Governance): In the Sovereign Nexus Hall, Technocrats and the Lottery-Council switch to low-frequency radio and mechanical displays. They activate the Subterranean Redoubts.
  • T-Plus 12 Hours (Local Flourishing): While surrounding legacy cities experience looting and darkness, the Pueblo is lit. The local Mesh (using peer-to-peer neighborhood links) stays active. Citizens use Resilience Credits to access food and water from the Redoubts.
  • T-Plus 24 Hours (The Inter-Pueblo Signal): Using hardened underground fiber-optics, the Pueblo sends a "Handshake" to its sister cities. They begin "sharding" their governance data to ensure the global memory of the Mesh survives the solar storm.
